I would like to thank our inspector, Andrew for performing such a detailed maintenance inspection on our home. He found things we’ve been living with for years and were unaware of. He certainly saved us from a major flood by finding a washing machine hose that was about to burst! He offered some great suggestions on maintenance items to help maintain the value of our home.
